Educational service only

Planixo is a learning, simulation, and journaling product. It is not a broker, investment adviser, signal service, or execution venue. Nothing in the product is financial advice.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for access to your email account and activity under your Planixo account. Do not misuse the service, probe security controls, redistribute licensed market data, automate excessive requests, or use the service unlawfully.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or yearly period until cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. You can cancel future renewal through the billing portal; access normally continues through the paid period unless the account is deleted or use violates these terms.

Availability and content

Historical data can contain delays, gaps, and errors. We may change or discontinue features and may suspend access to protect users or the service. The service is provided without a promise of trading results or uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Planixo is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages resulting from use of educational content, simulations, or market data.
