Information we process

Planixo processes your email address, account settings, learning progress, practice replays, journal entries, and subscription identifiers. Stripe processes payment details; Planixo does not store full card numbers.

Why we process it

We use this data to authenticate you, provide and synchronize the service, manage paid access, prevent abuse, support users, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and database services, Stripe provides checkout and billing, and Cloudflare provides application delivery and market-data storage. These providers process data under their own terms and security controls.

Retention and control

Account data is retained while your account is active and only as long as reasonably needed afterward for security, tax, dispute, and legal requirements. You can permanently delete your account from the Account page. Stripe may retain transaction records as required by law.

Security and contact

We use access controls, row-level database policies, signed webhooks, and encrypted transport. No system is completely secure. Privacy requests can be sent to support@planixo.com.
